Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.
- Accessories must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations not caused by us
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted)

International Returns
We accept international returns under the same 14-day policy. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
